I am a junior Business Administration major with a concentration in Marketing Management at California Polytechnic State University (http://www.cob.calpoly.edu). Previously, I worked as a Marcom Specialist in the microwave communications industry, with responsibilities including web development, brochure design, product photography, presentation design, and promotional speaking. I have also worked on several team marketing projects in the Business program, including a marketing strategy project that involved creating a new product and a comprehensive, data driven product launch plan that we presented before a panel of judges in a 5-minute pitch.
My technical skills include working with Microsoft Office and Adobe Design Suite, data analytics, professional writing, video editing, and public speaking.
I am currently an active Networking Event Leader for the Cal Poly American Marketing Association (https://www.calpolyama.org). I specialize in planning club events that help members start their careers by strengthening their professional profiles and expanding their industry networks.
Additionally, I volunteered with the Lake Tahoe Community College Math Club (https://sites.google.com/site/ltccmathclub), providing free tutoring to underprivileged K-12 students in all levels of math.
Outside of school and work, I enjoy hiking in the beautiful hills around San Luis Obispo, kayaking, playing guitar, singing, photography, sewing, cooking, swing dancing, and taking walks on the beach.
